*All Rental Rates Subject to Additional Hawaii State Taxes (GET and TAT). Taxes totalled approximately 11.42% as of February 2003 but are subject to change.
Minimum stay is 2 nights. Check-in time is 3 PM HST and Check-out time is 10:30 AM HST.
Deposits and Payment Policies - Reservations are confirmed when a $200 non-refundable deposit is received ($500 for bookings of 1 month or longer). The balance of the payment is due 30 days prior to arrival. VISA and Master Card credit or debit cards must be used for deposits and payments. If making reservations within 30 days of your arrival payment in full will be required at the time of booking. Cancellation of a booking at any time after Confirmation has been issued will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellation within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of paid rental amounts unless Property is re-booked for the same period and at the same rate as the initial booking. If a portion of the rental time is re-booked, a pro-rata refund will be made. A Credit Card number of guest is held on file for 30 days after departure for all reservations made by credit card for use in case of damage, missing items or excessive use.
Rental Policies - There is a 4-person occupancy maximum for stays of less than one month and a 2-person maximum for stays of one month or more. No pets are permitted. This is a 'No Smoking' condo unit. All bookings are finalized by a professional management agent located in Molokai, Hawaii and are subject to the terms of the management agreement covering the condo unit.
